Asif-2006

I am a 3rd-year Computer Science undergraduate with a strong interest in real-time operating systems and systems-level programming. I am an active contributor to RTEMS, where I have worked on clock monotonic–related test cases, focusing on validating timing behavior and ensuring correctness under different system conditions.

Through my RTEMS contributions, I have gained hands-on experience with POSIX timing concepts, writing and structuring test cases, and understanding how time-related APIs behave in a real-time environment. I am familiar with the RTEMS testing framework, Git/GitLab workflows, and collaborating with maintainers through code reviews and technical discussions.

I have a solid foundation in C/C++, operating systems, data structures, and algorithms, and I enjoy working close to the operating system layer where correctness, predictability, and robustness are critical. I am motivated to continue contributing to open-source projects like RTEMS and to further deepen my knowledge of real-time systems and low-level software design.
