GSoC 2026: Introduction and Proof of work - Chollangi Karthik

Greetings RTEMS Community,

My name is Chollangi Karthik, and I am a 3rd year Electronics and Communication Engineering student with a strong interest in embedded systems and real-time operating systems.

I am particularly interested in working with RTEMS on ARM-based microcontrollers, especially STM32F4, as I have experience working with embedded development and microcontroller-based systems.

As part of the GSoC preparation guide, I have successfully completed the required ‘‘Hello world’’

The modified output is shown in the attached screenshot.

The generated patch file is attached to this post.

I look forward to learning more and contributing to RTEMS.
